Once valid ZIP Code entries start to appear in the ZIP Code list box on the main window, three new buttons appear below the list box - Map, Print and Copy To Clipboard. In addition, the FILE | PRINT command in the menu will be enabled. To print, you will need to either select the "Print" button or  File | Print from the menu. If there is more than one ZIP Code entry in the ZIP Code list box, then you will first need to select the entries you would like printed. If there is only one entry then selecting the one item is not necessary.

After clicking on the print button, the window shown below will be displayed. This window contains a list of all the available formats that can be used to send output to your printer. If you do not see the format that you would like, you can press the modify button and enter your own. The last format used will be highlighted. Once you have the format you desire to use, simply click on the "Print" button and the ZIP Code information will be sent to the printer.

ZIP Express Window > Perform Search > Highlight Search Item > Click on Print Button

Output Formats

The image above displays the formats that may be selected for output to the printer. If you do not see the format you want, you can select the modify button to create a new format or modify an existing format. Any special function keys in the format that would normally apply to keystroke entry of information into an application will be ignored. These include such keys as Backtab, Left Arrow and Del Char. The Enter key and the Tab key will both be passed on to the printer.

The Print button will take all the ZIP Codes you have selected in the ZIP Code list box on the ZIP Express window and will send them to the printer in the format you have selected.

This opens the Modify Formats window so that you can modify the print output format or create a new one.

Cancel the print and return to the main window.
