ZIP Express 2 will read ZIP Code data files used by ZIP Express v 1.x. ZIP Express 2 will not read the hotkeys and pasting formats from ZIP Express 1.x. These will need to be reentered.

ZIP Express 2 should not be installed in the same folder as previous versions of ZIP Express. By default, Zip Express 2 is installed in a different folder than ZIP Express v 1.x.
